Exam Invigilator

An Exam Invigilator will ensure that the examination is conducted according to the current guidelines for conducting examinations. Invigilators are needed to:

 

• ensure all candidates have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities;

• ensure the security of the examination before, during and after the examination;

• prevent possible candidate malpractice;

• prevent possible administrative failures.

 

This is particularly important where BSL is a feature of the exams process.

Also, remember that you could apply for a Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) that would pay for extra equipment or communication support.
