FREE Creative Music & BSL Workshop

‘Song in Sign’ is a concert containing opera music, merging classical song with British Sign Language (BSL) - designed to span the deaf and hearing experiences in new ways.


Three musicians and two deaf actors will interact, the actors signing the words to the songs, with their signing matching the pace and mood of the music as a visual expression of its energy and emotion.


Led by FormidAbility, this free creative workshop is an opportunity to explore the beautiful combination of music and British Sign Language (BSL). Whether you are a musician, a BSL user, or simply curious about creative expression, this workshop is for you!



Learn how to communicate through music and sign language in a fun and inclusive environment. No prior experience is required, so grab your friends and join them for a memorable and harmonious experience.
