"The training was perfect, a great insight into what the role of a CSW involves. I particularly enjoyed hearing the trainers’ real life examples as these helped me to gain a better understanding of what to expect. All of the information leading up to the course was thorough and helpful, very organised. All of the staff at Deaf Umbrella were very accommodating and friendly, what a fab team! The level of detail that went into this training went above and beyond my expectations, I truly enjoyed it."
